Le 22 mars 2006, la Commission a rencontré les autorités grecques qui étaient accompagnées de délégués de HSY et de la Banque du Pirée qui ont soumis à la Commission certains documents complémentaires. Les 10 janvier 2003, 14 janvier 2005, 10 mars 2005, 20 mai 2005, 19 octobre 2005, 8 novembre 2005 et 23 mars 2006, la Commission s’est entretenue avec le plaignant et, le 21 mars 2006, avec Thyssen Krupp Marine Systems AG (ci-après, «TKMS»).

H. whereas less than one year after that agreement, the company has again announced its intention to close the magnetic sheet steel plants, with the risk of closure of all forges next year; whereas no industrial reason justifies not honouring the agreements reached by all the parties concerned or dismantling the Thyssen-Krupp plant in Terni,
