– ayant entendu Jürgen Creutzmann conformément à l'article 7, paragraphe 3, de son règlement,
– having heard Jürgen Creutzmann in accordance with Rule 7(3) of its Rules of Procedure,

F. considérant que l'article 9 du protocole sur les privilèges et immunités de l'Union européenne et l'article 46, paragraphe 2, de la loi fondamentale allemande (Grundgesetz) ne s'opposent pas à la levée de l'immunité de Jürgen Creutzmann;
F. whereas Article 9 of the Protocol on the Privileges and Immunities of the European Union and Article 46(2) of the German Grundgesetz do not preclude the waiver of the immunity of Jürgen Creutzmann;

E. considérant, par conséquent, que le Parlement doit lever l'immunité parlementaire de Jürgen Creutzmann si la procédure à son encontre doit se poursuivre;
E. whereas, consequently, Parliament must thus waive the parliamentary immunity of Jürgen Creutzmann if the proceedings against him are to go ahead;
