SOULIGNANT qu’en vertu du droit danois les juridictions danoises devraient — aux fins de l’interprétation du présent accord, y compris des dispositions des règlements et de toute mesure d’application communautaire faisant partie intégrante du présent accord — tenir dûment compte de la jurisprudence de la Cour de justice des Communautés européennes et des juridictions des États membres des Communautés européennes relative aux dispositions des règlements et à toute mesure d’application communautaire,
STRESSING that under Danish law the courts in Denmark should — when interpreting this Agreement including the provisions of the Regulations and any implementing Community measures forming part of this Agreement — take due account of the rulings contained in the case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Communities and of the courts of the Member States of the European Communities in respect of provisions of the Regulations and any implementing Community measures.
