D’autre part, pour apprécier l’objet des accords en cause par rapport au marché des services de réparation des véhicules, la juridiction hongroise devra tenir compte du fait que ces accords apparaissent comme ayant été conclus sur la base des « prix conseillés », établis dans des décisions prises par l’association nationale regroupant les concessionnaires d’automobiles.
Secondly, in order to determine the object of the agreements at issue in relation to the car repair service market, the Hungarian court should take account of the fact that those agreements appear to have been concluded on the basis of ‘recommended prices’, established in decisions taken by the national association of the car dealers.
