Afin de permettre le respect par les États membres et les organismes payeurs de cette obligation en suivant des règles harmonisées, la Commission devrait avoir le pouvoir d'adopter des actes d'exécution concernant le cadre comptable des interventions sous forme de stockage public visées au règlement (CE) n° 884/2006 de la Commission du 21 juin 2006 portant modalités d’application du règlement (CE) n° 1290/2005 du Conseil, en ce qui concerne le financement par le Fonds européen de garantie agricole (FEAGA) des mesures d’intervention sous forme de stockage public et la comptabilisation des opérations de stockage public par les organismes payeurs des États membres , ainsi que d’autres dépenses financées par le FEAGA et le FEADER visés au règlement (CE) n° 883/2006.
To enable Member States and paying agencies to comply with this obligation by following harmonised rules, the Commission should have the power to adopt implementing acts relating to the accounting framework for intervention measures in the form of public storage operations referred to in Commission Regulation (EC) No 884/2006 of 21 June 2006 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1290/2005 as regards the financing by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) of intervention measures in the form of public storage and the accounting of public storage operations by the paying agencies of the Member States , as well as other expenditure financed by the EAGF and the EAFRD referred to in Regulation (EC) No 883/2006.
