A request for a partial interim review (‘the present review’) pursuant to Article 11(3) of the basic Regulation was lodged by JSC Acron, JSC Dorogobuzh and their related trading company Agronova International Inc., members of ‘Acron’ Holding Company (‘the applicant’).

Après consultation du comité consultatif, la Commission a ouvert un réexamen (9) des mesures antidumping instituées par le règlement (CE) no 661/2008 (ci-après dénommées les «mesures en vigueur») portant uniquement sur la forme desdites mesures, en particulier sur l’incidence possible de l’inclusion d’Agronova International Inc. dans l’engagement en matière de prix de JSC Acron et JSC Dorogobuzh.
After consulting the Advisory Committee, the Commission initiated (9) a review of the anti-dumping measures imposed by Regulation (EC) No 661/2008 (‘measures in force’) limited in scope to the examination of the form of the measures, in particular the potential effect of the inclusion of Agronova International Inc. into the price undertaking of JSC Acron and JSC Dorogobuzh.

La demande porte uniquement sur la forme des mesures et, plus particulièrement, sur l’inclusion d’Agronova International Inc. dans l’engagement en matière de prix de JSC Acron et de JSC Dorogobuzh.
The request was limited in scope to the examination of the form of the measure and in particular to the inclusion of Agronova International Inc. into the price undertaking of JSC Acron and JSC Dorogobuzh.

Sur cette base, la Commission a, par le règlement (CE) no 1001/2004 (8), accepté trois engagements au titre de l’élargissement offerts par les producteurs-exportateurs russes Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) Mineral and Chemical Company «Eurochem», membre du groupe de sociétés «Eurochem», et JSC Acron and JSC Dorogobuzh, membres de la société holding «Acron», et par le producteur-exportateur ukrainien Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) Azot Cherkassy.
On this basis, the Commission, by Regulation (EC) No 1001/2004 (8), accepted three enlargement undertakings offered by the Russian exporting producers Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) Mineral and Chemical Company ‘Eurochem’, member of the Eurochem group of companies, and JSC Acron and JSC Dorogobuzh, members of ‘Acron’ Holding Company ‘Acron’, and Ukrainian exporting producer, Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) Azot Cherkassy ‘Cherkassy’.
