Néanmoins, malgré cette prédisposition, je constate que certains de ces alinéas peuvent s'appliquer au journal intime dont je parlais comme par exemple l'alinéa 378.3(1)d), qui dit que «le dossier est susceptible de contenir une déclaration antérieure incompatible faite par le plaignant ou le témoin», et (h) «le dossier se rapporte à l'activité sexuelle du plaignant avec l'accusé ou un tiers».
Nevertheless, despite these predispositions, I find some of the things in here, for instance proposed section 378.3(1) (d), " that the record may disclose a prior inconsistent statement of the complainant or witness" , and (h) " that the record relates to the sexual activity of the complainant with any person, including the accused" , cover the diary I was talking about.
