F. considérant que le 8 janvier 2010, les autorités égyptiennes ont annoncé qu'elles avaient arrêté et qu'elles détenaient trois personnes liées à l'attentat du 6 janvier à Nagaa Hamadi; considérant que le Procureur général égyptien a décidé que les trois accusés seraient traduits devant la Cour d'urgence de sûreté de l'État pour meurtre avec préméditation,
F. whereas on 8 January 2010 the Egyptian authorities announced that they had arrested and were holding three people in connection with the attack in Nagaa Hammadi on 6 January; whereas the Egyptian Public Prosecutor decided that the three accused should be tried before the Emergency State Security Court for premeditated murder,
