On 10 January 1992, James River Corporation of Virginia and Rayne Holdings notified an operation by which the latter will purchase from Montedison Spa its 50 % stake in an established joint venture, JA/Mont Holdings N.V., which is active in the market for tissue paper and related hygiene products.
