En n’ayant pas transmis, dans les délais prescrits, les informations visées à l’article 6, paragraphe 1, de la décision 2006/323 et à l’article 6, paragraphe 2, de la décision 2007/375, la République italienne a manqué aux obligations qui lui incombent en vertu de ces deux dispositions et de l’article 249, quatrième alinéa, CE.
By failing to communicate, within the prescribed period, the information referred to in Article 6(1) of Decision 2006/323 and Article 6(2) of Decision 2007/375, the Italian Republic has failed to fulfil its obligations under both those provisions and the fourth paragraph of Article 249 EC.
