1. Les États membres et Israël ajustent progressivement tous les monopoles d'État à caractère commercial de manière à assurer que, à la fin de la cinquième année après l'entrée en vigueur du présent accord, il n'existe plus de discrimination en ce qui concerne les conditions d'approvisionnement et de commercialisation des marchandises entre les ressortissants des États membres et ceux d'Israël.
1. The Member States and Israel shall progressively adjust any State monopolies of a commercial character, so as to ensure that, by the end of the fifth year following the entry into force of this Agreement, no discrimination regarding the conditions under which goods are procured and marketed exists between nationals of the Member States and Israel.
