Mr. Irwin Cotler: I was just going to say, Mr. Chairman, that I would see it as being appropriate, frankly, for us to adopt a principle of non-immunity based on article 27 of the International Criminal Court statute and coupled with article 98, regarding those problems that exist in other statutes, but I don't think we can technically do this now.
