6. La Commission partage largement les soucis exprimés par les milieux intéressés. Les souhaits des milieux intéressés correspondent également aux objectifs de la politique de la Commission visant à faciliter le développement de l'activité innovatrice et créatrice en Europe grâce notamment à la protection cohérente et effective des droits de propriété intellectuelle dans le marché intérieur.
6. The Commission generally shares the concerns voiced by the interested parties, whose wishes also correspond to the objectives of the Commission policy aimed at facilitating the development of innovative and creative activity in Europe, particularly through systematic and effective protection of intellectual property rights in the single market.

Si, compte tenu des périodes ainsi accomplies, l'intéressé ne satisfait pas aux conditions requises pour bénéficier desdites prestations, ces périodes sont prises en compte pour l'octroi des prestations du régime général ou, à défaut, du régime applicable aux ouvriers ou aux employés, selon le cas, dans la mesure où elles ont été accomplies dans un régime autre que le régime correspondant précité et à la condition que l'intéressé ait été également affilié à ce régime général ou, à défaut, à ce régime applicable aux ouvriers ou aux employés, selon le cas».
If, account having been taken of the periods thus completed, the person concerned does not satisfy the conditions for receipt of these benefits, these periods shall be taken into account for the granting of the benefits under the general scheme or, failing this, under the scheme applicable to manual or clerical workers, as appropriate, in so far as they have been completed under a scheme other than the abovementioned corresponding scheme and provided that the person concerned has also been insured under this general scheme or, failing this, under the scheme applicable to manual or clerical workers, as appropriate".
