Le Conseil a estimé que toutes les interventions devaient respecter le cadre existant pour le capital de la BEI, autrement dit que la prochaine augmentation de capital ne devait pas avoir lieu avant 2010 et qu'elle devait être autofinancée.
The Council agreed that all interventions must respect the existing framework for the EIB's capital, namely that its next capital increase should not occur before 2010 and that it should be self-financing.
