The European Union will work, on the basis of the agreements reached in Geneva and New York, to achieve the following goals: 1. the continuing existence of Bosnia-Herzegovina as a single State in its internationally recognized borders, consisting of two entities : the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Republica Srpska; 2.
