TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Ces conditions sont les suivantes: le service de transport international occasionnel doit comprendre au moins une période de 24 heures dans un État membre ou un pays tiers autre que celui dans lequel le service a démarré; le temps de repos hebdomadaire après le recours à la dérogation doit être au moins un temps de repos hebdomadaire normal de 45 heures; un repos compensateur de 24 heures doit être pris en bloc avant la fin de la troisième semaine suivant le recours à la dérogation; au cas où la conduite aurait lieu pendant toute la période entre 22 heures et 6 heures, il doit y avoir deux conducteurs à bord du véhicule ou la période de conduite doit être réduite à trois heures; à partir du 1 janvier 2014, le recours à cette dérogation ne sera possible que pour les véhicules équipés d’un appareil de contrôle conformément à la réglementation européenne.
These conditions are: the international occasional transport service must include at least 24 hours in a Member State or a third country, other than the one in which the service started; the weekly rest period after the application of derogation must always be at least a normal weekly rest of 45 hours; a compensatory rest period of 24 hours is effectuated constantly before the end of the third week following the derogation implementation; in the case that the driving period is carried out without interruption between the hours 22.00-6.00, the vehicle is provided with two drivers or the driving period is reduced to three hours; starting with January 12014, the implementation of this derogation is possible only in the case of vehicles provided with recording equipment according to the European regulations.

4. Dans le cas d'un service occasionnel international exploité par un groupe de transporteurs agissant pour le compte du même donneur d'ordre et éventuellement comportant une correspondance en cours de route effecutée par les voyageurs avec un autre transporteur du même groupe, l'original de la feuille de route doit se trouver à bord du véhicule circulant.
4. In the case of an international occasional service operated by a group of carriers acting on behalf of the same customer and possibly involving the passengers catching a conneciton en route with a different carrier of the same group, the original of the journey form shall be kept on the vehicle carrying out the service.
