Le Danemark s’engage à ne pas conclure d’accords internationaux susceptibles d’altérer ou de modifier la portée des règlements tels qu’annexés au présent accord concernant la détermination de l’État membre responsable de l’examen d’une demande d’asile ou les mesures relatives à la comparaison des empreintes digitales de ressortissants de pays tiers couvertes par le «règlement Eurodac» à moins d’agir avec l’accord de la Communauté et que des modalités satisfaisantes soient prévues s’agissant des rapports entre le présent accord et l’accord international en question.
2. Denmark will abstain from entering into international agreements which may affect or alter the scope of the Regulations as annexed to this Agreement concerning the determination of responsibility for examining an asylum application or measures concerning the comparison of fingerprints of third country nationals covered by the Eurodac Regulation unless it is done with the agreement of the Community and satisfactory arrangements have been made with regard to the relationship between this Agreement and the international agreement in question.

Whether situation amounts to an armed conflict and whether it is an international or non-international armed conflict are mixed questions of fact and law, the answers to which depend on a range of factors.

2. Le Danemark s’abstient de conclure des accords internationaux susceptibles d’altérer ou de modifier le champ d’application du règlement Bruxelles I annexé au présent accord, à moins qu’il n’agisse avec l’accord de la Communauté et que des modalités satisfaisantes aient été prévues en ce qui concerne les relations entre le présent accord et l’accord international en question.
2. Denmark will abstain from entering into international agreements which may affect or alter the scope of the Brussels I Regulation as annexed to this Agreement unless it is done in agreement with the Community and satisfactory arrangements have been made with regard to the relationship between this Agreement and the international agreement in question.
