De cette manière, un élan supplémentaire est donné aux interférences et aux interventions militaires croissantes de l’UE en soutien aux opérations de l’OTAN, tant dans les Balkans - les préparations visant à soutenir la «déclaration unilatérale d’indépendance du Kosovo», en violation du droit international, en étant un exemple -, et en Asie centrale, notamment en finançant ces «missions» avec le budget communautaire.
In this way, added impetus is given to the EU’s increasing interference and military intervention in support of NATO operations, both in the Balkans – an example being the preparations to support the ‘unilateral declaration of independence of Kosovo’, in violation of international law -, and in Central Asia, notably by funding these ‘missions’ out of the Community budget.
