La Commission a enquêté afin de voir dans quel mesure Interconnector était effectivement à l'origine des hausses de prix litigieuses et si les règles adoptées par IUK et/ou le comportement des seize expéditeurs détenteurs de capacités pouvait constituer une infraction aux règles communautaires en matière d'ententes.
The Commission investigated to which extent the Interconnector indeed contributed to the litigious price increases and whether any rules adopted within IUK and/or any behaviour of the 16 shippers holding capacity rights, could constitute an infringement of European Union antitrust rules.
