Au plus tard le 31 décembre 2016, le REGRT pour l'électricité et le REGRT pour le gaz soumettent conjointement à la Commission et à l'Agence un modèle cohérent et interconnecté de marché et de réseau pour l'électricité et le gaz, portant à la fois sur les infrastructures de transport d'électricité et de gaz et sur les installations de stockage et de GNL, couvrant les corridors et domaines prioritaires d'infrastructures énergétiques et élaboré conformément aux principes établis à l'annexe V. Après approbation dudit modèle par la Commission conformément à la procédure prévue aux paragraphes 2 à 4, celui-ci est inclus dans les méthodologies.
8. By 31 December 2016, the ENTSO for Electricity and the ENTSO for Gas shall jointly submit to the Commission and the Agency a consistent and interlinked electricity and gas market and network model including both electricity and gas transmission infrastructure as well as storage and LNG facilities, covering the energy infrastructure priority corridors and areas and drawn up in line with the principles laid down in Annex V. After approval of this model by the Commission according to the procedure set out in paragraphs 2 to 4, it shall be included in the methodologies.

Votre rapporteur approuve la publication d’un plan pour la région balte concernant le gaz, l’électricité et les questions de stockage visant à développer et à interconnecter les infrastructures en zone baltique; soutient le développement d’un corridor gazier sud européen pour l’approvisionnement en gaz provenant de la région caspienne et du Moyen-Orient ; appuie le projet d’un schéma directeur pour un réseau énergétique en mer du Nord pour connecter les nombreux projets d’énergie éolienne en mer.
Your rapporteur approves the publication of a plan for the Baltic region concerning gas, electricity and questions of storage, with the aim of developing and interconnecting infrastructure in that region; she supports the development of a Southern European gas corridor to supply gas from the Caspian region and the Middle East, and supports the project of a Blueprint for a North Sea offshore grid to connect numerous offshore wind energy projects.

En conclusion, en ce qui concerne les projets tangibles à achever dans un délai raisonnable, j’aimerais aussi rappeler que, comme dans le cas des infrastructures des mers et de la liaison Nord-Sud, il faut aussi relancer l’idée d’un corridor routier Sud-Nord reliant les pays de la rive Sud de la Méditerranée; ce système doit par ailleurs être interconnecté avec l’Europe.
To conclude, as concerns tangible projects to be completed within a reasonable time frame, I would also recall that, as well as the infrastructure of the seas and the North-South link, fresh impetus is also needed for a South-South motorway corridor connecting the countries on the southern shore of the Mediterranean; this system must in addition be interconnected with Europe.
