Je tiens à dire à mes collègues, par votre entremise, monsieur le Président, que cette approche peut-être non intentionnelle de la part du Bloc québécois de recourir à cette motion, même si cela constitue une façon imaginative de reprendre le débat sur le projet de loi sur la clarté qui a été adopté en troisième lecture à la Chambre hier et qui a maintenant été renvoyé au Sénat, même si c'est un moyen d'attirer l'attention sur d'autres questions, conteste la décision du Président, le serviteur de la Chambre.
