(5b) The ESRB should contribute, inter alia, towards implementing the recommendations of the IMF, the FSB and the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) to the G-20, in the initial consideration of their report on Guidance to Assess the Systemic Importance of Financial Institutions, Markets and Instruments published in October 2009 which states that systemic risk must be dynamic to take into account the evolution of the financial sector and of the global economy.
