2. Pour tout État qui deviendra État contractant à la présente Convention après la date du dépôt du vingtième instrument de ratification, d’acceptation, d’approbation ou d’adhésion, la présente Convention entrera en vigueur le premier jour du mois suivant l’expiration d’un délai d’un an à compter de la date du dépôt de l’instrument approprié au nom dudit État.
2. For each State which becomes a Contracting State to this Convention after the date of deposit of the 20th instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, this Convention enters into force on the first day of the month following the expiration of one year after the deposit of the appropriate instrument on behalf of that State.
