TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

L’article 8, paragraphe 3, du règlement (CE) n° 479/2009 du Conseil [modifié par le règlement (CE) n° 679/2010] relatif à l’application du protocole sur la procédure concernant les déficits excessifs (PDE) annexé au traité instituant la Communauté européenne[1] impose à la Commission (Eurostat), ci‑après «Eurostat», de faire régulièrement rapport au Parlement européen et au Conseil sur la qualité des données effectives notifiées par les États membres.
Article 8(3) of Council Regulation (EC) No 479/2009 (as amended by Regulation (EC) No 679/2010), on the application of the Protocol on the excessive deficit procedure (EDP) annexed to the Treaty establishing the European Community[1] requires the Commission (Eurostat) (hereinafter referred to as “Eurostat”) to report regularly to the European Parliament and to the Council on the quality of the actual data reported by Member States.

La Commission coordonne les activités du groupe d’experts avec celles du groupe de travail correspondant sur les statistiques en matière de criminalité et de justice pénale, qui sera institué par Eurostat dans le cadre du programme statistique communautaire afin de représenter les autorités statistiques nationales.
