Je voudrais donc rappeler en conclusion toute l'importance que la Commission attache à ce texte de Laeken, qui devrait en quelque sorte donner le ton et préciser l'esprit dans lequel toutes les questions institutionnelles, comme l'a rappelé tout à l'heure le ministre Michel, doivent être abordées pour que nos institutions soient bien adaptées à ce que nous voulons faire ensemble.
So I would like to conclude by emphasising that the Commission attaches great importance to this Laeken declaration, which should in a sense set the tone and determine the spirit in which, as Mr Michel just said, we need to approach all the institutional questions, so as to ensure that our institutions are in a position to achieve our common goals.
