Au vu du caractère officiel revêtu par cette participation à ce jour, nous voudrions toutefois savoir si la Commission compte prendre des mesures institutionnelles spécifiques pour préserver cette participation fondamentale en tant que condition requise, tant au niveau européen que national, au moyen d’orientations spécifiques émanant de l’Union européenne.
However, knowing the formal nature of that participation to date, we should like to know if the Commission intends to take specific institutional measures to safeguard fundamental participation as a prerequisite both at European level and at national level, with specific guidelines from the European Union.
