Compte tenu des conclusions énoncées en ce qui concerne le non-respect par la Thaïlande des obligations que lui impose le droit international en sa qualité d’État du pavillon, d’État du port, d’État côtier ou d’État de commercialisation ainsi que son incapacité à prendre des mesures pour prévenir, décourager et éradiquer la pêche INN, il convient de notifier à ce pays, conformément à l’article 32 du règlement INN, la possibilité qu’il soit recensé par la Commission comme pays tiers non coopérant dans le cadre de la lutte contre la pêche INN.
In view of the conclusions reached with regard to the failure of Thailand to discharge its duties under international law as flag, port, coastal or market State and to take action to prevent, deter and eliminate IUU fishing, that country should be notified, in accordance with Article 32 of the IUU Regulation, of the possibility of being identified by the Commission as a non-cooperating third country in fighting IUU fishing.
