IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

En application de l’article 8, paragraphe 2, deuxième alinéa, du règlement (UE) no 1299/2013, il convient de définir des catégories communes d’intervention pour les programmes au titre de l’objectif «Coopération territoriale européenne» pour permettre aux États membres de soumettre à la Commission des informations cohérentes sur l’utilisation programmée du Fonds européen de développement régional (FEDER), ainsi que des informations sur le budget cumulé alloué et sur les dépenses du FEDER par catégorie et le nombre d'opérations tout au long de la période d’application du programme.
Pursuant to the second subparagraph of Article 8(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1299/2013, it is necessary to specify common categories of intervention for programmes under the European territorial cooperation goal to enable Member States to submit to the Commission consistent information on the programmed use of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), as well as information on the cumulative allocation and expenditure of the ERDF by category and the number of operations throughout the application period of a programme.

l’État membre concerné, après avoir informé le gouvernement fédéral de la Somalie de ses intentions, a notifié au comité créé en application du paragraphe 11 de la résolution 751 (1992) du Conseil de sécurité des Nations unies, au moins cinq jours à l’avance, que ce type de conseils, d’assistance ou de formation visait uniquement au développement des forces de sécurité du gouvernement fédéral de la Somalie et à la sécurité de la population somalienne et que son autorité compétente avait l’intention d’accorder une autorisation, y compris toutes les informations utiles, conformément au paragraphe 38 de la résolution 2093 (2013) du Conseil de sécurité des Nations unies».
the Member State concerned, after having informed the Federal Government of Somalia of its intention to do so, has notified the Committee established by paragraph 11 of United Nations Security Council Resolution 751 (1992), at least five days in advance, of the determination that such advice, assistance or training is intended solely for the development of the Security Forces of the Federal Government of Somalia, and to provide security for the Somali people, and of the intention of its competent authority to grant an authorisation, including all the relevant information in accordance with paragraph 38 of UNSCR 2093 (2013)’.

Deplores the absence of formal reporting requirements and acknowledges the Commission's efforts in receiving information on the current use of FEIs from the Member States in the context of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF); welcomes the synthesis report of the information gathered by the Commission on ‘Financial Engineering Instruments Implemented by Member States with ERDF Contributions - situation as at 31 December 2010’ (Synthesis Report on FEIs) as submitted to Parliament's Committee on Budgetary Control; notes that FEIs with a total commitment of approximately EUR 8 100 000 000 have been created and have received payments of approximately EUR 5 200 000 000 from 2007-2013 operational programmes by the end of 2010 (Annual Report, point 4.32);

30. souligne la valeur ajoutée des financements croisés entre le FEDER et le FSE, en termes de flexibilité, sur des projets d'inclusion sociale et des stratégies de développement urbain intégré; demande à la Commission de mettre en place des systèmes à guichet unique destinés à orienter, informer et conseiller les intéressés dans leurs démarches, et à permettre que le public soit tenu au courant des financements croisés et des synergies entre les fonds en général; insiste en outre pour que toute la publicité voulue soit faite sur ces efforts de simplification, leur finalité étant de réduire au strict minimum les demandes d'informations;
30. Underlines the value added by cross-financing between the ERDF and the ESF in terms of flexibility for social inclusion projects and integrated development strategies; calls on the Commission to develop a one-stop shop scheme to provide practical guidance, information and advice for those concerned, so as to ensure that the public is kept properly up to date with regard both to cross-financing and to synergies between funds in general; urges that this move towards simplification be brought to the attention of the public, the purpose being to reduce to the necessary minimum the amount of information requested;

Coopération avec les médias et avec les fédérations sportives (y compris les fédérations de sportifs affectés d'un handicap) pour la diffusion d'informations concernant l'Année européenne de l'éducation par le sport, pour l'utilisation de nouveaux outils facilitant l'accès à cette information (comme le sous-titrage pour les malentendants et la description des images pour les malvoyants), le cas échéant dans d'autres programmes, et pour améliorer la communication concernant l'éducation par le sport.
3. Cooperation with broadcasting and media organisations and with sporting federations (including those for sportsmen and sportswomen with a disability) for spreading information about the European Year of Education through Sport, for using new tools allowing easier access to this information (such as voice subtitling for the hearing impaired and images description for the visually impaired), and to other programmes if possible, and for improving communication about education through sport.

Whereas these common provisions must be supplemented, in accordance with Article 3 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 2052/88, by specific provisions concerning the activities of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF); whereas the nature of the measures which may be financed by the ERDF, the information to be included in the plans of Member States under objectives 1 and 2 and the types of activities which will have a privileged place in ERDF assistance must be clarified;
