TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

La collecte des données réalisée en vertu du règlement (UE) no 1011/2012 de la Banque centrale européenne (BCE/2012/24) a pour objectif de fournir au Système européen de banques centrales (SEBC), avec un niveau de désagrégation très élevé, des informations statistiques complètes sur l'exposition des secteurs économiques, ainsi que des agents déclarants pour les données de groupe des États membres dont la monnaie est l'euro, à des catégories spécifiques de titres.
The purpose of the data collected under Regulation (EU) No 1011/2012 of the European Central Bank (ECB/2012/24) is to provide the European System of Central Banks (ESCB) with comprehensive statistical information on the exposure of economic sectors and group data reporting agents in the Member States whose currency is the euro to specific classes of securities at a very disaggregated level.

The ECB’s proposed amendments specify that the ECB may use confidential statistical information for the performance of its new supervisory functions, similarly to the National Central Banks on which specific functions in the field of prudential supervision have been conferred and which may therefore use confidential statistical information in the field of prudential supervision under the current Regulation (EC) No 2533/1998.

7. Deplores the lack of reliable official statistics on unaccompanied minors; calls on the Member States and the Commission to improve the collection of statistics on unaccompanied minors, including age and gender statistics, to improve the comparability of statistics collection across Member States, to establish a coordinated method for gathering and sharing information in each Member State, while ensuring that personal data is protected, by means of platforms bringing together all parties involved in the issue of unaccompanied minors and of a list of national contact points and to make better use of the tools already available to collect statistics at EU level, such as Eurostat, Frontex, the European Asylum Support Office (EASO) and the European Migration Network; stresses that the purpose of gathering such data is to achieve a better understanding of the situation, to improve the protection of unaccompanied minors and to better respond to their needs; calls on the Commission, the Member States, the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) and international and non‑governmental organisations to make additional efforts, in gathering, monitoring and exchanging accurate data broken down by gender, to have an exhaustive overview of the number of unaccompanied girls and to be able to examine the specific needs of this group with a view to providing them with support and implementing specific measures to address those needs, and to exchange best practices with a view to making improvements;

10. note avec inquiétude le manque d'informations statistiques sur l'égalité des genres, sur la violence à l'encontre des femmes, sur l'accès à la contraception et sur sa mise à disposition, ainsi que sur les besoins non satisfaits en matière de contraception nécessaires pour contrôler la mise en œuvre qui soient normalisées et qui puissent être comparées dans le temps, d'une part entre les pays candidats à l'adhésion et, d'autre part, entre les États membres de l'Union et les États candidats à l'adhésion; invite les gouvernements des pays des Balkans candidats à l'adhésion à établir une méthodologie commune pour collecter des informations statistiques en collaboration avec Eurostat, l'Institut européen pour l'égalité entre les hommes et les femmes et d'autres instituts concernés; souligne que des stratégies spécifiques doivent être élaborées et que les stratégies existantes doivent être mises en œuvre pour améliorer la situation des femmes confrontées à de multiples discriminations, comme les femmes roms, les femmes lesbiennes, bisexuelles ou transgenres, les femmes handicapées, les femmes issues de minorités ethniques et les femmes âgées;

Notes with concern the lack of statistical information on gender equality, on violence against women, on access to and availability of contraceptives, and on unmet need for contraception necessary for monitoring implementation that is standardised and may be compared over time, between accession countries and between EU Member States and accession countries; calls on the governments of the Balkan accession countries to establish a common methodology for gathering statistical information together with Eurostat, EIGE and other relevant institutes; stresses that specific strategies need to be developed and existing strategies implemented to improve the position of women faced with multiple discrimination, such as Roma women, lesbian, bisexual or transgender women, women with disabilities, women of ethnic minorities and older women;

La citoyenneté de l'Union ne peut présenter un attrait tant pour les hommes que pour les femmes que si elle accroît la participation politique et renforce la protection des droits des deux sexes. Des campagnes d'information centrées sur les femmes sont donc nécessaires. Il convient en outre d'encourager les partis politiques dans les États membres à établir une représentation équitable des femmes sur leurs listes électorales pour les élections locales et européennes afin de parvenir à une véritable intégration de la dimension du genre dans la citoyenneté de l'Union. Lors de la prochaine révision, la Commission devra fournir des informations statistiques spécifiques quant au genre, comme il en existe déjà en ce qui concerne les ressortissants de pays tiers qui participent aux élections municipales.
Citizenship of the Union can only have an appeal on both men and women by increasing political participation and strengthening the protection of rights of both sexes. Therefore information campaigns focused on women are necessary. Political parties in the member states should furthermore be encouraged to have a fair representation of women on their electoral lists for local and European elections in order to come to a real gender mainstreamed Citizenship of the Union. In its next review the Commission should provide gender specific statistical information, as now already is available on non-nationals taking part in municipal elections.
