Selon un sondage effectué auprès des PME, l’obtention d’informations sur leurs demandes de prêt serait manifestement très profitable. La moitié environ des entreprises interrogées ont en effet estimé que les informations qu’elles avaient reçues des banques leur avaient permis d’obtenir un financement ultérieurement.
Research results indicate that SMEs would derive clear benefits from obtaining feedback on their loan applications: about half of SME respondents to a survey found the feedback received by banks useful as regards obtaining future funding.

La moitié environ des PME interrogées ont en effet estimé que les informations qu’elles avaient reçues des banques leur avaient permis d’obtenir ultérieurement un financement. C’est pourquoi l’évaluation recommande de relancer le dialogue entre les banques et les PME en augmentant la transparence et en s’efforçant d’améliorer la culture financière des petites entreprises.
Therefore the evaluation recommends reviving the dialogue between banks and SMEs, by increasing transparency and making efforts to improve financial literacy in smaller companies.
