Dans son rapport spécial n° 12/2013, intitulé «La Commission et les États membres peuvent-ils démontrer la bonne utilisation du budget alloué par l'UE à la politique de développement rural?», la Cour s’est attachée à déterminer si ce que les dépenses de développement rural visent à atteindre est clairement précisé, et s'il existe des informations fiables montrant ce que les dépenses ont permis d'obtenir, et avec quel degré d'efficience.
This special report (SR 12/2013) is entitled “Can the Commission and Member States show that the EU budget allocated to the rural development policy is well spent?” The ECA examined whether there are clear statements on what the rural development expenditure is intended to achieve, if there is reliable information showing what the expenditure has achieved and how efficiently it has done so.
