Conformément à l’article 18 du règlement de base, en l’absence d’autres informations disponibles, l’analyse de la capacité de réserve en RPC a été fondée sur les données disponibles, à savoir les quelques informations fournies par le producteur-exportateur chinois ayant coopéré sur la situation du marché dans la RPC, les informations communiquées par l’industrie de l’Union et les informations publiquement disponibles concernant les cinq principaux producteurs identifiés en RPC et les données recueillies au stade de l’ouverture de l’enquête. In accordance with Article 18 of the basic Regulation, in the absence of other information available, the analysis of the spare capacity in the PRC was based on the facts available, namely the limited information provided by the cooperating Chinese exporting producer on the market situation in the PRC, by the Union industry and from publicly available information at the level of five main producers identified in the PRC and data collected at initiation stage. S'agissant des informations demandées, il est souligné que la Commission n'a demandé que des informations se rapportant aux allégations de la plainte qui sont jugées indispensables pour parvenir à une détermination représentative et qu'elle est restée cohérente en réclamant à chaque fois les mêmes données et informations durant le processus d'enquête et en invitant les pouvoirs publics chinois à expliquer les informations soumises et leur implication pour les régimes examinés.
