Budget extérieur au programme indicatif pluriannuel: 53 projets et études d'infrastructures de transport ont été sélectionnés en vue d'un cofinancement par le volet annuel ordinaire du budget RTE-T 2001, conformément au règlement (CE) n° 2236/95 du Conseil déterminant les règles générales d'octroi d'un concours financier communautaire dans le domaine des réseaux transeuropéens.
The budget outside the MIP: 53 transport infrastructure projects and studies were selected to be co-financed through the ordinary annual part of the TEN-T 2001 budget in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No 2236/95 laying down general rules for the granting of Community financial aid in the field of trans-European networks.

En outre, en vertu des dispositions du règlement (CE) n° 1655/1999 du Parlement européen et du Conseil modifiant le règlement (CE) n° 2235/95 du Parlement européen et du Conseil déterminant les règles générales pour l'octroi d'un concours financier communautaire dans le domaine des réseaux transeuropéens, la Commission et les États membres ont lancé en 2000 les procédures relatives à l'établissement du programme pluriannuel indicatif 2001-2006 pour le réseau transeuropéen de transport (PPI).
Further to that, following the provisions of Regulation n°1655/1999 of the European Parliament and the Council, amending Regulation n° 2236/95, laying down general rules for the granting of Community financial aid in the field of Trans-European Networks, the Commission and the Member States launched in 2000 the procedures for the establishment of the Multiannual Indicative Programme 2001-2006 for the trans-European transport network (MIP).

Les programmes indicatifs pluriannuels déterminent les allocations financières pour chaque programme sur la base de critères transparents, fondés sur les besoins et les performances des pays partenaires ou régions concernés, en tenant compte des difficultés particulières auxquelles les pays ou les régions en crise ou en conflit se trouvent confrontés.

The Multi-annual Indicative Programmes shall determine the financial allocations for each programme using transparent criteria, based on the needs and performance of the partner countries or regions concerned and taking into account the particular difficulties faced by countries or regions in crisis or conflict.

Au début du processus de programmation, la Commission détermine, en fonction des besoins et des critères de performance définis aux articles 3, 9 et 12 de l'annexe IV de l'accord de partenariat ACP-CE, les fonds indicatifs pluriannuels attribués à chaque pays et région ACP et à l'enveloppe intra-ACP, sur lesquels se fonde le processus de programmation, dans les limites prévues à l'article 2 de l'accord interne.
1. At the beginning of the programming processes the Commission shall, on the basis of the needs and performance criteria identified in Articles 3, 9 and 12 of Annex IV to the ACP-EC Partnership Agreement, determine the multiannual indicative fund allocation for each ACP country and region and for the intra-ACP envelope on which the programming process is based, within the limits set out in Article 2 of the Internal Agreement.

5. La Commission évalue le programme transfrontalier proposé, afin de déterminer s'il contient tous les éléments visés à l'article 94 et s'il contribue aux objectifs et aux priorités du ou des documents indicatifs de planification pluriannuelle correspondants visés à l'article 5.
5. The Commission shall appraise the proposed cross-border programme to determine whether it contains all the elements referred to in Article 94 and whether it contributes to the goals and priorities of the relevant multi-annual indicative planning document(s) referred to in Article 5.
