(2) En vertu du règlement xx/xx du Parlement européen et du Conseil mettant en œuvre la coopération renforcée dans le domaine de la création d’une protection par brevet unitaire[27], certains brevets européens délivrés par l'Office européen des brevets conformément aux règles et procédures prévues par la Convention sur la délivrance de brevets européens du 5 octobre 1973, telle que modifiée (ci-après dénommée «CBE»), peuvent, sur demande de leur titulaire, se voir conférer un effet unitaire sur le territoire des États membres participants.
(2) Under Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council xx/xx implementing enhanced cooperation in the area of the creation of unitary patent protection[27], certain European patents granted by the European Patent Office under the rules and procedures of the Convention on the Grant of European Patents of 5 October 1973, as amended (hereinafter "EPC") may be given unitary effect in the territories of the participating Member States upon the request of the patent proprietor.
