Seul un État membre, la Hongrie, a sollicité et obtenu dans le cadre des négociations d’adhésion une dérogation transitoire de trois ans durant laquelle des contingents décroissants de ces importations aluminium pourront bénéficier de droits réduits.
Only one Member State, Hungary, requested and obtained a transitional derogation as part of the accession negotiations for a period of three years, during which decreasing quotas of these imports will be able to benefit from reduced tariffs.
