I. considérant que, depuis le 4 janvier 2016, Daech mène de grandes offensives contre d'importantes installations pétrolières en Libye, en vue d'élargir son trésor de guerre et de contrôler les immenses installations pétrolières d'Al-Sidra, de Ras Lanouf et de Marsa el Brega, dans l'est du pays, en endommageant les principales infrastructures sur lesquelles se fondent les ressources économiques de la Libye et en mettant en péril des revenus essentiels pour la reconstruction du pays;
I. whereas Daesh has been conducting major offensives on key oil facilities in Libya, with the aim of expanding its war chest and controlling the huge eastern oil facilities at al-Sidra, Ras Lanuf and Marsa al-Brega since 4 January 2016, thereby damaging the principal infrastructures underpinning Libya’s economic resources and jeopardising essential revenue for the rebuilding of the country;

6. condamne les attentats terroristes déstabilisateurs de Daech visant le peuple libyen, notamment les minorités, ainsi que les infrastructures pétrolières d'Al-Sidra et de Ras Lanouf, ainsi que tout acte visant à perturber le processus de stabilisation du pays; demande qu'une coalition internationale s'attaque à la présence de plus en plus importante de Daech en Libye, qui déstabilise le pays et menace non seulement les pays du Sahel et du Sahara voisins, mais aussi l'Union européenne;
