La prochaine troïka ministérielle impliquant l’Algérie devrait avoir lieu en 2005 - c’est-à-dire l’année prochaine - et je suis sûr qu’elle constituera une occasion pour l’Union européenne et l’Algérie d’aborder le sujet des droits de l’homme et d’examiner ces affaires simultanément.
I expect the next Ministerial troika with Algeria to be held in 2005 – in other words, next year – and I am sure this will be an opportunity for the European Union and Algeria to discuss the issue of human rights, when these cases will be able to be considered as well.
