Néanmoins, bien que nous parlerons certainement de cette question - à savoir l’implication d’une large part de la société civile tchétchène au processus constitutionnel - au cours de ce sommet avec la Fédération de Russie, je dois dire tout aussi clairement que ceux - peu importe leur nombre - qui commettent des actions terroristes, qui se transforment en bombe humaine pour tuer des civils innocents, ne pourront jamais bénéficier d’aucune justification de quelque sorte.
Nevertheless, although we shall certainly talk about this point – that is, the involvement of a broad spectrum of Chechen civil society in the constitutional process – at the summit with the Russian Federation, I must also make it just as clear that there can never be any justification of any kind for those individuals – however many of them there may be – who commit terrorist acts or use themselves as human bombs to kill innocent civilians.
