Les mesures d'aide consistant en un prêt d'État à moyen terme de 120 milliards de HUF (approximativement 410 millions d'EUR) accordé le 25 mars 2009 et arrivant à échéance le 11 novembre 2012, ainsi qu'en une recapitalisation de 30 milliards de HUF (approximativement 100 millions d'EUR), sous la forme d'actions privilégiées et d'une action assortie du droit de vote, réalisée le 31 mars 2009 par la Hongrie en faveur de FHB Jelzálogbank Nyrt sont compatibles avec le marché intérieur, en vertu de l'article 107, paragraphe 3, point b), du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne.
The measures consisting of a mid-term State loan of HUF 120 billion (approximately EUR 410 million) granted on 25 March 2009 with a maturity date of 11 November 2012 and a recapitalisation of HUF 30 billion (approximately EUR 100 million), in the form of Special Dividend Preference Shares plus one voting share granted on 31 March 2009 which Hungary implemented for FHB Jelzálogbank Nyrt are compatible with the internal market pursuant to Article 107(3)(b) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
