La Commission rappelle que, comme indiqué au point 3.2, lorsque l’ETVA a acquis HSY et a immédiatement réalisé un apport de capital pour que HSY demeure viable, elle n’a pas agi en investisseur privé mais en autorité publique qui octroie une aide pour maintenir en vie une entreprise considérée importante pour l’économie grecque.
The Commission recalls that, as has been indicated in section 3.2 of the present decision, when ETVA purchased HSY and directly thereafter injected capital to keep it alive, it did not acted as a market economy investor but as a public authority granting aid to keep alive a firm deemed important for the Greek economy.
