Nous espérons que les membres de la minorité hongroise pourront bientôt pouvoir choisir d’étudier à l’université dans leur langue maternelle, nous espérons qu’il y aura un changement perceptible dans la situation des Roms et nous reconnaissons que le gouvernement roumain a consenti des efforts à ce sujet.
We hope that members of the Hungarian minority will soon be able to choose to study at mother-tongue universities, we hope that there will be a perceptible change in the situation of the Roma, and we admit that the Romanian Government has made efforts in this respect.
