Pour chaque pilier, deux coordinateurs des ministères compétents représentant deux pays différents travailleront en étroite collaboration avec leurs homologues transfrontaliers afin de développer et de mettre en œuvre le plan d’action.
For each pillar, two coordinators from relevant ministries representing two different countries will work closely with cross-border counterparts to develop and implement the Action Plan.

I am hoping the minister and her officials push that plan with their American counterparts for a long-lasting solution to this very irritating cross-border problem (1745) Hon. Sue Barnes: Mr. Speaker, the government recognizes that there must be exceptions to the rule and this is why the Government of Canada initiated discussions with the U.S. to find a solution to this unique issue.
