La Commission européenne a autorisé, en vertu du règlement de l'UE sur les concentrations, le projet de rachat de la filiale espagnole de Plastal Holding AB, fabricant suédois de composants automobiles, par Faurecia SA, équipementier automobile et filiale du constructeur français Peugeot.
The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of the Spanish subsidiary of the car components maker Plastal Holding AB of Sweden by Faurecia SA, a car component producer and subsidiary of the French car manufacturer Peugeot.
