"From the beginning I have encouraged the idea of creating a platform for genuine partnership between the Union and Morocco covering the whole of the fisheries sector, but I have to report that to date my initiative has remained without a response from Morocco," Mrs Emma Bonino, the Commissioner responsible for fisheries, said yesterday at the end of the sixth negotiating round between the Union and Morocco".
