So Hi-Alta Capital was formed really as a way in which we could unite strong independent insurance brokers to deal with this eventuality, to give us some size and strength and access to capital, and a way in which in rural markets we might position ourselves not only to protect our jobs and serve our customers better, but also to take what we see to be inevitable and to turn it into an opportunity.
