on the mobilisation of the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund in accordance with point 28 of the Interinstitutional Agreement of 17 May 2006 between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission on budgetary discipline and sound financial management (application EGF/2011/001 AT/Niederösterreich-Oberösterreich from Austria)

(4) Le 3 janvier 2011, l'Autriche a introduit une demande de mobilisation du FEM concernant des licenciements survenus dans 706 entreprises relevant de la division 49 de la NACE Rév. 2 ("Transports terrestres et transport par conduites"), dans des régions d'Autriche contiguës de niveau NUTS 2: la Basse-Autriche (AT12) et la Haute-Autriche (AT31); cette demande a été complétée par des informations additionnelles, dont les dernières ont été fournies le 9 juin 2011.
(4) Austria submitted an application to mobilise the EGF, in respect of redundancies in 706 enterprises operating in the NACE Revision 2 Division 49 ('Land transport and transport via pipelines') in the NUTS II regions of of Niederösterreich (AT12) and Oberösterreich (AT31), on 3 January 2011 and supplemented it by additional information up to 9 June 2011.

3. rappelle que le FEM a, par le passé, aidé des travailleurs licenciés de la région de Basse-Autriche qui avait été victimes de licenciements collectifs en 2009 et 2010 dans le secteur métallurgique et le secteur du transport routier (EGF/2010/007 AT/Styrie et Basse-Autriche et EGF/2011/001 AT/Basse-Autriche et Haute-Autriche);
3. Recalls that the EGF has already supported workers dismissed in the region of Niederösterreich which suffered from mass lay-offs in 2009 and 2010 in the metal and road transport sectors (EGF/2010/007 AT/Steiermark-Niederösterreich and EGF/2011/001/AT/Niederösterreich-Oberösterreich);

Les comités de suivi se sont tenus en juin 2002 en Haute-Autriche (Basse-Autriche, Styrie, Haute-Autriche et Vienne) et au Tyrol (Vorarlberg, Salzbourg, Tyrol et Carinthie).
The Monitoring Committees were held in June 2002 in Upper Austria (Lower Austria, Styria, Upper Austria and Vienna) and in Tyrol (Vorarlberg, Salzburg, Tyrol, and Carinthia).

In most cases the changes apply to the list of state aid schemes to include all the schemes currently necessary for implementation (Objective 2 programmes for Austria - Carinthia, Lower Austria, Styria, Salzburg, Tyrol, Upper Austria, Vienna and Vorarlberg).

Pour la période 2000-2006, un montant total de 16 milliards EUR est alloué aux objectifs n° 1 et n° 2 pour les régions voisines des pays candidats situées en Allemagne (Bavière, Mecklembourg-Poméranie, Saxe, Brandebourg et Berlin), en Autriche (Burgenland, Styrie, Haute-Autriche, Basse-Autriche et Carinthie), en Grèce (Macédoine orientale-Thrace, Macédoine centrale, les régions d'Égée du Sud et du Nord ainsi que la Crète), en Italie (Fruili-Venezia Guilia et Veneto) et en Finlande (Uusimaa et Etelä-Suomi).
