(91) La Commission constate que la dernière tranche importante de l'aide ne sera versée que lorsque Hamburger AG aura convaincu les autorités allemandes que le projet est mis en oeuvre conformément à la décision de la Commission.
(91) The Commission notes that the final significant payment of the aid will be made only when Hamburger AG has satisfied the Member State that the execution of the project is in compliance with the Commission decision.
