The principles set out in this Decision should also be applied when EIB financing is implemented through cooperation agreements with other European financial institutions and international financial institutions or with Member States’ development and cooperation agencies such as the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) and the Department for International Development (DFID).
