France BIC-VIOLEX S.A. Grèce BIC-LAFOREST S.A. Espagne SWEDISH MATCH S.A. France SWEDISH MATCH N.V. Pays-Bas. L'enquête a fait apparaître que les marges de dumping varient selon les exportateurs entre 5,87 % et 96,56 %.
In June 1990 the Commission commenced an anti-dumping investigation following a complaint lodged by the European Federation of Lighter Manufacturers on behalf of the following producers, which account for the majority of the goods in question manufactured in the Community: Bic S.A. France Bic-Violex S.A. Greece Bic-Laforest S.A. Spain Swedish Match S.A. France Swedish Match N.V. Netherlands The investigation revealed that exporters' dumping margins ranged from 5.87% to 96.56%.
