Le "groupe Koschnick" aura notamment pour tâche de faire reconnaître, auprès des instances politiques tant nationales que locales, le concept de service volontaire européen dans les Etats membres, de populariser cette idée auprès des jeunes et de réfléchir à la constitution d'une fondation européenne de droit privé devant contribuer au financement de cette action lorsqu'elle aura connu un important développement.
The "Koschnick Group" will have the particular task of publicising the concept of European voluntary service to both national and local political bodies in the Member States, popularising the idea among young people and discussing the establishment of a European foundation under private law to contribute to the funding of this action once it has developed to a significant extent.
